Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 1-month return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the items or request an exchange within this period, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unmodified condition.
    • Returns are only accepted for products that have defects or damage that occurred during delivery. Custom or personalized designs are non-returnable.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for pickup if necessary.
  3. Refund or Exchange:
    • Once the return is approved, you may choose between a refund or an exchange.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any delivery charges.
  4. Non-returnable Items:
    • Custom-made items or items altered as per customer request cannot be returned or exchanged.
